Thera Vital Device is Donated to Us!
High prices and low living standard are usually the reason why most of people with disabilities (primarily persons with spinal cord injury) do not invest enough in their physical condition and maintenance
of physical condition. However, thanks to good cooperation of German company medica Medizintechnik and Croatian Association of
Paraplegics and Tetraplegics home device for active rehabilitation of persons with different types of disabilities is now available in our country. This is a Thera Vital device that people with
low or totally disabled movement (usually in a wheelchair) to daily exercise. With the help of Thera Vital, persons with paraplegia, tetraplegia, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease,
muscular dystrophy, and those who have suffered a stroke have a high quality and safe rehabilitation.
The handing over ceremony was held on Thursday, February 17, 2011 in HUPT's office in Zagreb. Dr Ninoslav Novak, from
Elektroničar company (medica Medizintechnik representative in Croatia) presented Thera Vital to Ms Manda Knežević, HUPT's president.
